Sludge Treatment Plant "Odessa System"

Total support from the manufacturing and sales of the "Odessa System (granulation and solidification)" for recycling sludge containing water, to obtaining permits and operating treatment businesses.

The "Odessa System" is a sludge recycling treatment plant that eliminates the need for dehydration, drying, and incineration processes through granulation and solidification treatment. By mixing and stirring special solidifying agents with inorganic sludge (industrial waste) such as construction sludge, it can be granulated and solidified in a short time while still containing water, allowing for re-resource utilization as civil engineering materials. Moreover, the granulation treatment of sludge using the Odessa System is very simple, with a modification time of only about 2 to 3 minutes. Additionally, it can be operated not only as a "fixed sludge treatment" where the treatment facility is set up (fixed) at a processing site to which sludge is transported by collection and transportation vehicles, but also as a "mobile sludge treatment" where the Odessa System is brought to the site of sludge generation for on-site modification and recycling. 【Features】 - Compact facility with unit design, easy to install and remove - Automatic control of solidifying agents and automatic recording of treatment results - Complete recycling after treatment, exempt from industrial waste tax - No installation permit required for industrial waste treatment facilities *For disposal operators, a permit for "industrial waste disposal business" is required.
